What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change.

Our cancellation policy allows for refunds up to 30 days before the retreat. Full refund (minus deposit). 

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund.

What do virtual retreats look like?

The virtual retreats will be a monthly weekend webinar, each session is around 2 hours each day. We will be unlocking different topics to help you transform your life! Topics will include slow wellness, removing limiting beliefs, and journaling along with other useful tools.

What should I wear to the retreat?

We ask that all attendees wear comfortable light color shades, preferably whites. The daily schedule includes a mix of workshops, group activities, and personal reflection time.

Many wellness retreats require a digital detox, will we be allowed to use our devices?

We recommend that you try and stay away from any device usage for personal growth reasons, but we understand if you need to step away and use your phone. This time is for you to recharge and feel rejuvenated and many feel this way after a digital detox!

Is food provided during the retreat?

All meals will be provided and will focus on nourishing, wholesome options that cater to various dietary needs. Please inform us of any specific dietary restrictions during the registration process.

What is the daily schedule like?

The daily schedule includes a mix of workshops, group activities, and personal reflection time. You’ll receive a detailed agenda upon arrival, but expect a balanced blend of structured and free time.

Can I attend alone?

Definitely! Many attendees come solo and find it to be a rewarding experience. It’s a great opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and foster new connections.

What if I have no experience with mindfulness or meditation?

No prior experience is necessary! Our experts are skilled in guiding participants of all levels, ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported.

How can I stay connected with other attendees after the retreat?

We will provide opportunities to connect during the retreat, and you’ll also have access to our online community platform for ongoing support and connection after the event.
