Meet the Founder

Dina Rezvanipour

Growing up with a spiritual family, Dina was raised to appreciate all that she has and the importance of giving back to others. As she entered her mid-twenties, she developed a deeper passion in spirituality and began working with life coaches, holistic guides, and reading and listening to an array of gurus from around the world. The practices and research she took away from those studies consistently brought her back to one underlying principle: gratitude is the key to inner peace and joy.

Dina launched the 3d Wellness Retreats in 2018 to provide an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and to build a safe community where individuals can curate inner transformation. The 3d Wellness team meticulously handpicks a group of leading healers, mediums, holistic coaches, trainers, and speakers to help make the weekend retreat a transformative experience for attendees, both mentally and physically. Attendees leave the retreat feeling not only enlightened and rejuvenated, but having also gained powerful tools to help them live in a continued state of gratitude and joy.

In the winter of 2023, Dina was involved in an accident, which led her down a road to both a physical and mental healing. During her recovery, she used the tools and practices that she was taught to  overcome the mental and emotional hurdles from the accident, which allowed her to heal in a state of gratitude. This rebirth, as Dina likes to call it, gave her a stronger spiritual purpose and she has made it her mission to continue to share the tools and resources, so that others can live a more purposeful life.

Molly Valtz

Wellness to me is feeling good mentally. You could take care of your body all that you want with nourishing meals, but if you aren’t feeling clear minded and stress-free, your body can tell. To clear my head and feel good mentally I love to do low impact workouts and go for long walks, this always reduces my stress levels and allows me to think clearly!

Wellness is about feeling good in your body and mind without going overboard. It’s about finding a balance that works for you. I try to eat healthy most of the time, get some exercise, and take care of my mental health—whether that’s journaling, meditating, or just making sure I have downtime. But I don’t stress about it. It’s more about doing what feels right in the moment, rather than following some perfect “wellness routine.” I think wellness is personal, and it’s all about finding what makes you feel happy and at peace without being too rigid or extreme about it.

Wellness to me is about trying to maintain mental, physical, social, and spiritual balance! For my mental health, I try to maintain a positive mindset and also actively uplift those around me. I also believe our physical health is a big part of wellness, so I make sure to find time for walks and find ways to stay active throughout the day. I focus on eating nourishing foods, but as a foodie I also love to treat myself. Social balance is crucial as we all need to nurture our interpersonal relationships. Lastly, my spiritual health is essential as it helps me feel more centered and at peace, relieving stress and providing a deeper connection to something greater than myself!

Wellness means taking care of yourself from the inside out. Its is ultimately focusing on healing your soul and nurturing your body.

Wellness means to me not only feeling good inside but also mentally and physically too!
